General Return Policy
At Trendnet, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in brand-new condition
- Be returned in its original, unopened packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and original contents
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns requested after the 14-day return period has expired.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@trendnet.com.cy and provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to verify that it meets our return requirements. We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your return request.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. While Trendnet processes approved refunds promptly, it may take additional time before the funds appear in your account.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, we recommend first contacting your bank or payment provider. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at info@trendnet.com.cy.
Sale and Promotional Items
Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, items purchased at discounted, promotional, clearance, or sale prices are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or faulty upon delivery.
If you believe your product is defective or damaged, please contact us at info@trendnet.com.cy with your order details and, where possible, photographs showing the issue. If approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by Trendnet.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
The time required for exchanged products to reach customers may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.
